A day of TV

Very recently I got hold of the DVD of one of the Top 10 series in the US, the NCIS. It is actually a spinoff of JAG and created by the same creators of JAG, Donald Bellisario. NCIS stands for Naval Criminal Investigative Services. Its almost like CSI because it gathers forensic evidences to determine what really happened or how the crime occured in order that the correct perpetrator is apprehended.

I like it because of the humurous repartees between the characters. Although serious in its task to get to the bottom of the crime, the banters between the casts showcases a good relationship within the team.

Its now on its 6th season, and I hope they bring back the same characters...on the final episode of Season 5, thew character DiNozzo, David and McGee were transferred to other units. I wonder if they will have their own spinoffs or what. If not, I would rather ave them back in the team.

Real Men Treat Women With Respect

This video caught my eye on tumblr recently. My fellow Madridistas are young and I often see what's important to them. It's nice that I get to see that men are not all a@$%holes....gotta show this to my son although, I can proudly say that I know he is one teen who treats women with respect, like he does me and all his aunts and my colleagues.

Make Joseph Kony famous.  This is the new call to action by the non-profit organization Invisible Children whose mission is to educate people about the ongoing war in Central Uganda, who wants to make the world's worst living criminal famous so that people will know and care enough to bombard policymakers in doing something to stop Kony and his army. Over the past 26 years, Kony has abducted more than 30,000 children. He and his army rapes the girls and turns them into sex slaves. He arms the little boys with guns and forces them to become foot soldiers and do horrible things including killing their own parents. They mutilate people's face by cutting off their nose, ears and lips.
